UK shipping
The charge for UK standard postage and packing is £3.95. Standard delivery time is usually 48-72 hours.
Please be advised that during busier periods such as sale or Christmas, some parcels may take slightly longer to be delivered.
Please note that all orders are delivered by Royal Mail
International shipping
Overseas orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. This means that parcels will need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address. For this reason, we cannot send parcels to PO Boxes.
Please note that delivery to Europe will cost £12.00, America will cost £15 and the Rest of the World, £20.00.
The recipient may then have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country the order is sent to and charged at the time of delivery.
Please note that international shipping fees do not include possible custom charges for your country and you will be solely responsible for payment of these charges. We are required by law to fully disclose the contents and value of the items in your package for Customs purposes.
Your local customs office will be able to provide you with further information on possible import duties and other charges. Whilst all documentation will be complete and accurate on shipment, we cannot be held liable for any delay in Customs clearance.
International Returns
Unfortunately, any parcels returned from an international address will be at your own cost. As stated above, we also recommend a free receipt of postage be obtained when returning orders from overseas as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We cannot be responsible for any delays which can happen in custom clearance as we have no control over this procedure.
Returns and Exchanges
If you feel that your item has not arrived as described please let me know and I will work with you to resolve any problems.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a fault with the item. The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Please obtain a proof of postage when you send your item to us, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

However, order fulfilment is subject to product availability and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect our ability to deliver. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and provide options for resolution.

Sterling Silver; 925 and hallmarks
Our silver jewellery is individually hand forged, hand crafted and hand cut from solid 925 sterling silver and made to order. As each piece is individually made by us there may be slight variations, making it completely unique to you. We source our 925 solid sterling silver from a reputable and trusted UK based supplier. Silver jewellery does not require a hallmark if the weight is under 7.78 grams. As such we do not stamp or hallmark our silver jewellery weighing under 7.78 grams.
